I clearly spend a lot of time in my kitchen. While I always loved to cook, I developed a deeper love for cooking when I started my first blog and started to develop recipes for others. Fast forward, and now I spend even more time in my kitchen as a private practice dietitian with a focus on the nutrition management of GI conditions (read: many of my clients require specialized nutrition protocols). I do this so I can develop recipes that are suitable for various dietary needs, whether it is #lowfodmap, #glutenfree, #dairyfree or many other needs. I don't always have time to go to the grocery store, so I rely on Amazon for a lot of my kitchen needs. I thought it may be helpful to share some of my Amazon must-haves, from food to gadgets, for everyone else who also has some #kitchengoals and also lives a #busylife. Keep reading to learn about some of my favorite picks!

Food:
First let's start with my favorite category - food! I'm sure most of you know by now that you can order items from amazon and pick them up at many whole foods locations - which is a game changer for busy days! However, even ordering foods via the traditional online route is super easy and the prices tend to be great. Below are some of my favorites!
Banza pasta (pasta made from chickpeas with added protein) *the prices for Banza on Amazon vary and sometimes it is less expensive to get them in stores
RXBars and Kid's RXBars
Angie's Boom Chicka Pop popcorn (variety snack sized bags or family sized bags - my favorite is the cheddar flavor!)
Biena Roasted Chickpeas (I like the Sea Salt and the Rockin Ranch flavors - they have larger bags or individual serving bags for easy packed snacks!)
Superseedz (I like this variety pack because it has some of my favorite flavors!)
Crazy Richard's Peanut Powder (trust me, you'll want the large bag - this is one of my favorite things to add to smoothies and oatmeal and this brand contains only peanuts as the sole ingredient)
Epic jerky bars (including my favorite: chicken sriracha!!)
Kitchen Appliances/Gadgets:
I've tried a lot of different kitchen appliances over the years and the ones below are my tried and true favorites! Ranging from simple and inexpensive to shelling out more $$$, my kitchen has a variety of tools so that recipe testing (and cooking for myself and my husband) is fun and easy.
Nespresso Milk Frother (you knew this would be my first choice, since I talk about it constantly! You can make my homemade pumpkin spice latte at home with this tool!)
Cuisinart Mini Food Prep Food Processor (it's the perfect size when you're not making a large batch, or for pesto, salsa, and homemade breadcrumb mixes!)
Joseph Joseph Cutting Boards (I love this set because it keeps meat, fish, fruits/veggies and cooked food separate and conveniently stores them while taking up so little space. Plus, they're adorable!)
Cuisinart Immersion Blender (you're going to see a lot more of this as winter approaches because I love using this when I make soup!)
Oxo Food Scale (this is a lifesaver when I'm developing recipes, so that I can provide accurate weights)
Oxo Tabletop Spiralizer (probably the thing in my kitchen that gets the most use, other than my milk frother!)
Kitchenware:
I truly believe that not all kitchenware is created equally. While it's not necessary to own an entire collection of fancy pots and pans, I believe that having a few staples makes all the difference, plus some styles are so nice that it allows you to serve in the pots/pans, as well (aka fewer dishes - win)!
Le Creuset Iron Handle Skillet (because it's gorgeous and functional)
Le Creuset Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven (7 1/4 quart or 5 1/2 quart)
All Clad Nonstick Frying Pans (I like this set because it has both sizes that I typically use and is relatively inexpensive, or this set for a more expensive option that has steel on the outside. I have both!)
All Clad Square Griddle (this is how I make my paninis, as well as some veggies, like the zucchini in my Zucchini Rollatini!)
So there you have - my Amazon Must-Haves, from food to gadgets. I hope you find this post helpful! I'll continue to do round-ups of my favorite items are various places, in hopes that you can enjoy cooking and all that it encompasses, too!
